Set as-of on Practice → Analytics. Later activity stays out of that date.
Stay on Mango Practice Management when
Choose Mango when you need branded invoices, timers, and a portal this month and you will keep the ledger in QuickBooks.
Move when
Choose ficary when write-down, a fee cap, and as-of by service have to live on the books — not in a spreadsheet after the invoice goes out.
