Map that file on Practice → Import. Clients first, then work, then time.
Reconnect Gmail or Microsoft 365. Do not import mail.
Recurring invoices and Pay Now stay on Invoices. Group billing is not a ficary room yet.
Set as-of on Practice → Analytics to see WIP, A/R, and realization by service.
Stay on Karbon when
Choose Karbon when email assignment this quarter matters more than closing the month on one ledger.
Move when
Choose ficary when leftover charges, a fee cap, and as-of by service have to live on the same books. Group billing is not shipped.
