Choose QuickBooks when you need the ecosystem (payroll, payments, industry editions) this week.
Breadth, payroll, payments, and an accountant ecosystem you cannot fake. If the firm already lives in QBO, that is the book of record until a migration is proven.
Choose ficary when the owner became the bookkeeper and you want a leftover list instead of another QBO screen.
