Choose Meridian when QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite stays the book of record and you want the close run for you.
An AI close on a ledger you already keep. If the firm wants to review finished financials and leave QBO in place, they already sell that.
Choose ficary when the owner should see leftovers without living in another file’s close product.

Map a QBO, Xero, or CSV in Settings → Migration. Reconnect the bank. Do not claim we replace their close product on their file.
