The move
Leave desktop tax and QuickBooks Desktop on the host if that is still the work.
Export the books you want ficary to close. Map the CSV in Settings → Migration.
Export the firm client list. Map it on Practice → Import.
Reconnect email. Do not import mail from the host.
Stay on Rightworks when
Choose Rightworks when staff must open desktop tax or QuickBooks Desktop from anywhere.
Move when
Choose ficary when leftovers, as-of WIP, and a sanctioned-tool list matter more than a hosted desktop.
